Cloud Security, Network Security, Data & Insider Threat Security and Global Governments businesses focus resources around key customer needs AUSTIN, Texas – February 13, 2017 – Global cybersecurity leader Forcepoint today announced that it has established four market-centric business units. Forcepoint’s businesses – Cloud Security, Network Security, Data & Insider Threat Security and Global Governments – will drive innovation across each product portfolio, while teaming to deliver systems that enable companies to provide open, unobstructed access to critical data and intellectual property everywhere, while reducing risk. Each Forcepoint business is led by a General Manager who reports to Forcepoint chief executive officer, Matt Moynahan. The new business structure supports Forcepoint’s efforts to enable companies’ understanding of people’s behaviors and intent as they interact with confidential data and IP wherever it resides. “Forcepoint is building a transformative company that will help customers rethink cybersecurity by focusing on the points in which people interact with critical business data, particularly intellectual property,” said Moynahan. “With our new businesses in place, Forcepoint will more quickly deliver innovation around these human points of interaction. I’m confident this approach will deliver the level of capabilities our customers need in the future.” Forcepoint’s new businesses include:
